Vegan Gluten-free Chai Latte Cupcakes

It's Saturday, which means that while I should be cleaning my house and/or enjoy the absolutely gorgeous weather, I am baking (and hence messing up my kitchen instead of cleaning it). Because that's what I tend to do in my weekend.

This week I am making Vegan Gluten-free Chai Latte Cupcakes. Fear not; I will actually enjoy the sunshine later today with some friends. I hope these little babies will make them as happy as me.

Vegan Nutella

Oh, how I missed my Nutella. Yes missed, past tense. Because now I can make my own. And it is delish.

loVeg

In one of the cutest streets of Prague, Nerudova street, a new vegan restaurant opened its doors on September 16th.

Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto

It's asparagus season again, YAY! Which means I got a big bunch at the farmers' marker last Saturday and turned it into a great risotto I'd like to share with y'all :)

French Garden

Opened in April 2013, French Garden is already an added value to healthy Prague.

Jelica

Even though Jelica is less famous than Secret of Raw, it is actually Prague's first vegan raw food restaurant.

Secret of raw

Secret of raw is a raw vegan restaurant that opened its doors in the beginning of 2013 in Žižkov, right behind the central train station.

Podolska

At the banks of the river restaurant Podolska might have one of the best views in the city.

VeganFest from Friday March 1st

In the month of March the streets, clubs and restaurants of Brno will be in the spirit of healthy and ethical choices. During the VeganFest 2013 you can learn more about veganism through lectures, films and workshops.
